Meet Tara (OT)
Tara Bortolon (She/Her/Hers)
MSc, BHSc, OT Reg. (Ont.), OTR/L, RCOSPF
Owner, Senior Occupational Therapist
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Tara obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Ontario in Health Sciences and has a Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland.

Tara is a registered Occupational Therapist in Australia Canada and the United States. She supports young people ages 0-18 and their families who experience a variety of concerns, such as:

Tara has completed training in Theraplay level 1 and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) level 1 and 2, SOS Approach to Feeding. She is a certified provider of Circle of Security parenting and Triple P parenting program. She has additional training and education in sensory processing, family therapy, developmental trauma, autism and mental health, as well as assessment and management of anxiety and depression in young people.
